The Emotron TSA Soft Starter combines advanced torque control, intelligent load monitoring, and integrated motor protection in a compact and energy-efficient solution. Designed for applications where variable speed is not required, the TSA delivers smooth starts, controlled stops, and reliable process protection while reducing mechanical stress and installation costs.
The Emotron TSA Soft Starter has been developed for applications where smooth motor starting, controlled stopping, and equipment protection are critical. Unlike conventional voltage-ramp soft starters, the TSA uses advanced torque control technology to continuously calculate and regulate motor torque for smooth acceleration and reduced starting current.
An integrated load monitor continuously supervises motor shaft power and can automatically detect abnormal operating conditions such as pump dry-running, blocked filters, jammed crushers, or compressor idling. This helps reduce downtime, prevent equipment damage, and improve process reliability.
