Designed for Continuous Process Protection
The Emotron M20 Shaft Power Monitor protects pumps, conveyors, mixers, crushers and other motor-driven equipment against damage, downtime and inefficient operation. By monitoring true motor shaft power, it provides accurate load supervision without requiring external sensors.
The Emotron M20 Shaft Power Monitor continuously measures motor shaft power to detect process abnormalities before equipment damage occurs. Unlike traditional monitoring systems that rely solely on current measurement, the M20 uses both current and phase angle to calculate an accurate and linear shaft power value across the entire load range.
By using the motor itself as a sensor, the M20 eliminates the need for flow switches, pressure sensors, temperature probes and other external devices, reducing installation costs and improving reliability.
