Precision Control for Industrial Heating Applications

The DSH6 Phase-Angle Heater Controller is a solid-state power controller designed for accurate regulation of three-phase resistance heating banks and primary transformer-controlled heating systems.

Using six SCRs controlled by the advanced ST33 control platform, the DSH6 provides smooth and precise output control while protecting both the heating system and the electrical supply network. The controller supports constant voltage, constant current and open-loop control modes, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial heating applications.

Built-in diagnostics, programmable protection functions and soft-start capability help improve process stability, reduce electrical stress and minimise downtime. The DSH6 can also be integrated into modern automation systems through Modbus RS485 communication.
